My AMSOIL Heritage: The Road So Far

When I look back over the years, my AMSOIL story is really the story of the vehicles that carried me through different seasons of life. Each one had a purpose: from daily drivers to show haulers, from film cars to road-trip companions, they all ended up sharing one thing in common — they became part of my AMSOIL heritage, with my Dad being the one to first make me aware of it.

The Laser was where I first started paying closer attention to performance and protection. Later trucks and SUVs brought the need for hauling, and real-world reliability. The Trailblazer and Crossfire added film work into the mix. The van finally pulled it all together as a mobile base, letting me bring my small corner of AMSOIL on the road.

Over time, “trying AMSOIL” turned into converting most of the fluids in my vehicles. Engine oil, transmission fluid, differentials, and other systems gradually moved over as service intervals came due. In some cases, I pushed things further with bypass filtration and other upgrades, not just to say I had them, but to see for myself how well everything would hold up in daily use, long trips, and show duty. The van is still a work in progress, with more conversions and a dual bypass system planned for the future.

Along the way there were shows, booths, and long weekends spent under popups and awnings. Some were sunny, others washed out by rain. I learned how to create small displays to show the basics that fit into small trunks and then into bigger vans with samples of almost all products, and how to turn a parking spot into a small shop for a few days. Some accounts thrived, others faded, and a few never really got started at all. What stayed constant was the commitment to the products I chose to run in my own vehicles and the stories they helped create.

This heritage section isn’t meant to be a complete business history or a list of account numbers. It’s a personal record of the cars, trucks, and vans that carried AMSOIL with them, and the part they played in my life on and off the road. As things change, new vehicles may join the story and old ones may move on, but this page marks the road so far — and the foundation everything else is built on.
