Independent Dealer

If you’ve ever thought, “I’d like to do sell this and turn AMSOIL into a side income or a business,” AMSOIL’s Independent Dealer program is how you do that.

Dealers are independent—like me—not employees or franchise owners. You build your own customer base, help people with product choices, and earn commission on purchases, all backed by AMSOIL’s corporate tools and support in the U.S. and Canada.

What an AMSOIL Independent Dealer is

AMSOIL Independent Dealers are people who choose to represent AMSOIL products as their own business, at their own pace. There are no inventory requirements or sales minimums to simply be a Dealer; you decide whether it’s a small side income or a bigger project.

As a Dealer, you can:

  • Help customers choose the right products for their vehicles and equipment
  • Register Preferred Customers, Retail accounts, Installer accounts and Commercial accounts
  • Earn commission on qualifying purchases made through the accounts you set up
  • Build a long-term base of repeat customers and reorders

AMSOIL provides the product line, back-end ordering system, training tools and support; you decide who you want to work with and how you want to grow.

Why someone might become a Dealer

People become AMSOIL Dealers for different reasons. Some want a flexible side income they can build over time. Others are already talking about lubricants and equipment and want a way to be compensated for helping people choose AMSOIL.

Common motivations include:

  • More flexibility in when and where you work
  • Earning additional income on AMSOIL products you already believe in
  • Being “the AMSOIL person” for your local car, truck, powersports or equipment communities
  • Adding AMSOIL to an existing business, such as a shop or mobile service, in a structured way
  • Whatever your starting point, AMSOIL’s Dealer program is built to scale with your goals, not force you into a one-size-fits-all plan.

How AMSOIL supports Dealers

AMSOIL has been working with independent Dealers for decades and offers a full support system so you’re not figuring everything out alone.

As a Dealer, you have access to:

  • Online training and business resources for new and experienced Dealers
  • Tools to register Preferred Customers, Retail, Installer and Commercial accounts
  • Back-office systems to track orders and commissions
  • Corporate customer service to answer product questions and assist with accounts

You bring your effort and local connections; AMSOIL brings the product, reputation and infrastructure.

How I Help If You Want to Become a Dealer

If you’re interested in becoming a Dealer, I can help you look at the program through real-world experience, not just a brochure.

I can:

  • Talk through whether a Dealer account makes sense for you compared to Preferred Customer or one of the wholesale options
  • Help you understand what it realistically takes to earn side income or build a larger business as a Dealer
  • Walk you through the online application and explain key parts of the agreement in plain language
  • Share practical ideas for finding and supporting your first customers and accounts

AMSOIL provides the official program and pays Dealers directly; my role is to help you decide if this is a good fit and get started in a way that matches your situation and goals.

Work with Me at Shows!

An additional bonus I offer to my Dealers is to work with me at one of the shows I might be setup at with my own booth. Then you can see how I do things, talk with visitors and even get your own leads and accounts as I help YOU to get started. I want to work with you as your Sponsor, the same way my Sponsor has worked with me. But it will still be your business and I won’t be telling you what you need to do. It’s yours do work in the way it works with your life plan, not mine. I’m there to support, not to direct.
