Happy New Year to all.  I started work on correcting errors that appear when viewing the site through Netscape, so this has kept me from adding new information for a while.  But there is too much happening to wait for all of my fixes, so I'm adding some new stuff now.  Eventually I will be completing the fixes and the site will be more Netscape friendly.  Also if anyone reads Turbo Magazine, recently they had an article about oil.  This will also end up on my Web Site, but I had sent in a comment which was posted in the current issue (December).

Where I'll Be page was updated. Removed a postponed show due to the Hurricane that I was now not able to attend.
Removed the last hurricane update from the  Intro Page.  Hopefully there won't be anymore of these.  Cable internet access seems to be working properly again.

I've been having internet access problems due to repairs from Hurricane damage and mentioned this on the Intro Page.

10/07/04 Hurricane Update

No Hurricanes coming this way, but for about a week now my cable internet provider has been down for repairs due to the storm.  Periodically it has come up, or I have used dial up, but if for some reason you have not heard from me, or even received an error message, this was most likely the cause.

09/28/04

Amsoil has updated its gear lube formulations in order to optimize its gear lubes for modern applications and releasing their SEVERE GEAR™ Synthetic Extreme Pressure Gear Lubes. Added links in all the Gear Lube Product Sections.  New Long Life Synthetic Gear Lube coming soon.
Updated Hurricane Jeanne info on  the Intro Page.

09/28/04 Hurricane Jeanne Update

If they say things come in threes, then the Central Florida area is finally done with all the hurricanes.  We survived another with once again very little damage other than needing to straighten trees for the third time.  No new noticeable damage and once again somehow we kept power throughout the storm.  Trying to get back to normal, but other friends were not as fortunate and had to spend some time attaching tarps to their roof after they lost a good number of shingles and had leaks inside.  If you haven't been able to reach me in the last few days, you should be hearing from me very soon as I am now just about caught up here again.

09/24/04

Back to the Hurricane Updates.
Placed a new Hurricane update on the Intro Page.
The Car Show I was to work has been cancelled due to Hurricane Jeanne.  It will most likely be next month now.  I will post new date information in Where I Will Be and if I will be attending when I hear back from the show people.

09/24/04 Hurricane Jeanne Update

Well we thought we escaped Jeanne when she moved away from us, but almost as if these things are on rails heading this way, she pulled a 360 and is now heading back.  She is now scheduled to hit us Sunday and slide up the coast.  From the graphs I have seen, it doesn't look like we will have the heavy storm activity that the other hurricanes brought in this area, but we will have some high winds and lots of rain.  There is a good chance of power/phone outages again.  These things really need to give us and all the repair crews a break....

09/20/04

Looks like the Hurricanes in the area are over for now.  There still is some concern on what Jeanne may end up doing and that it might circle and head back this way.
Removed Hurricane info from  the Intro Page.
Added Coast to Coast magazine in the Magazine Links.
This weekend I scheduled myself to be at a local show and posted the information in Where I Will Be.

09/16/04

Is there anything new to report other than Hurricane Updates?  Watch for more information in the future on new Gear Lubes Amsoil will soon be releasing.
Placed a new Hurricane update on the Intro Page.  We are open for business!  Also made the new AMS-Oiler™ the Featured Product.

09/16/04 Hurricane Ivan & Jeanne Update

We were fortunate that Ivan decided to miss the Central Florida area this time.  Unfortunately it continued into the Panhandle and plowed through Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, and continues to make a mess as it dies out in on it's Northward climb.  My best to those in these areas, we down here know how you feel.  I worked in the Fort Walton Beach area about three years ago and loved the beaches and have always planned to head back up to visit.  I hope things return to normal for everyone quickly.  All those involved with the repairs and safety are doing a great job!

Next on the list for us here in Central Florida to watch is Hurricane Jeanne heading towards the Bahamas right now.  They are not sure if it will head this way, or curve northward, in which case the Carolinas might be the next.  Is anyone else over this season too?

Find out more here:
http://www.nhc.noaa.gov

09/06/04

Left Hurricanes Frances and Ivan Update on Intro Page.  We are open for business!

09/06/04 Hurricane Frances & Ivan Update

We were lucky again.  This time no loss of power or phone interruption.  Right now we are still dealing with some of the remaining bands passing over the state, but the main eye is on it's way to the Panhandle.  While we have some minor cleaning to do, we have another Hurricane moving our way we need to keep an eye open for and maybe start preparing for.  This is Hurricane Ivan.  Before Frances made it through the state, Ivan was upgraded to a hurricane and is taking a similar path.  Unless something changes, we might be dealing with Ivan this coming weekend as well.  But until then, business should be as usual.  Thanks for everyone's concern and patience.  Also thanks again to those working to keep everyone safe through these storms.

09/02/04

Amsoil releases a New and Improved Air Filter Oil, now also available in a spray.
Left Hurricane Frances Update on Intro Page.  We are open for business!

09/02/04 Hurricane Frances Update

We have survived Hurricane Charley, but now it looks like we have Hurricane Frances to look forward to.  The projected path of the storm will take it over the Central Florida area once again.  It is still unknown just how close it might come to Orlando, where Technilube.com is located, but there is a good chance you might not be able to reach me after Saturday for a while.  We will most likely loose power again.   As with Charley, the phone lines and cable (used to access the net) might be affected as well.  Hopefully, if this happens, it will be for a short period of time only.

The repair crews did a great job getting the area back up and running after Charley, and, like all of us, they don't need this again either.  Good luck to all in the path of the storm and thanks ahead of time to those who will be out there trying to return us back to normal after Frances.

09/01/04

08/26/04

Added two new brochures.  One is to explain to Quick Lube Shops the benefits and profit potential for carrying Amsoil products, the other is to show how the Fund Raising Program works for nonprofit organizations.

08/25/04

I realized that after the initial intro page comes up, when you wander through the site, there is no place that lists my contact information again, other than the e-mail link on the top menu.  I changed that link to one that will now open a contact information page.  This page will show my phone numbers and two e-mail addresses.  One address is a backup, should something happen with the first one, but if you click the first one, it should also be sending to both addresses to make sure I get it.

08/18/04

Added Machinery Lubrication Magazine and Practicing Oil Analysis Magazine Links.

08/17/04

The August 2004 National Oil and Lube News Article was added in the Lubrication Articles section.
Due to the Hurricane, the show I was scheduled to go to next month has been cancelled until next year.  Posted the info in the Wear I'll Be Section.
Made the 5W-40 European Formula Oil as the Featured Product.  Also noticed this oil wasn't listed in the Products Section under Motor Oils and added it.

08/16/04

Left Hurricane Charley Update on Intro Page.  We are open for business!

08/16/04 Hurricane Charley Update

We have survived Hurricane Charley with little damage.  The Office was without power until yesterday.  The phones are still intermittent.  Business should be back to normal soon.  Still adjusting things from the move the previous weekend, which probably will take longer than recovering from the Hurricane.

Special Thanks go out to all the various Police Departments, Emergency Crews, Utility Companies, and everyone else working hard to get things back to normal here in Florida.  This includes all those who have come in from out of the state to help as well.  You are all Florida's Heroes!  Great Job Guys!!

08/13/04

Still busy from the move.  The office is partially setup and I managed to get the PC online the other day.  As things get shuffled and organized, there might be times when I cannot access e-mail or my voice mail, but this shouldn't happen.  At worse, it might take a little longer for me to call back or e-mail as I still work around here to unpack and settle in.  Took some time to throw this update out and give more information on my new number listed above and on the intro page when you first come to the site.  The old 407 number WILL NOT work if you try to dial it, nor will it give the new number.
Quickly added a few new pics to the old Old Racing Pics section.

07/29/04

The Canadian Dealer Application in the Brochure Section has been updated to the latest form reflecting the current costs.

07/27/04

I'll be set up September at the Re-Styling Show down in Cape Coral, Florida.  Listed info under Where I'll Be
4x4 Super Center is hosting the above show.  They are now listed in the Link section under Other Car/Truck Links.

07/21/04

Amsoil releases an Oil Precharger.  Added information to Site.  It can be found in the Oil and Air Filters section and News Section under Amsoil News.
Changed some menu information around.  From the main menu is a link to brochures you can download.  I added these brochures a short time ago, now I made a link on the main menu for easy access.  I also removed the brochure links from all the various other menus throughout the site to avoid confusion.
Added a few new brochures for downloading, including the Amsoil Income Opportunity and Dealer Application.  If you are interested in becoming a Dealer, this brochure will show you the different ways you can make money in the business.  Download the Application and mail it to Amsoil to register as a Dealer.  There is an Application for U.S. Dealerships and Canadian Dealerships.  The Canadian Dealership has come down a little in price due to the exchange rate.  Contact me for the latest rate.  I also have the U.S. version listed in a JPG format.
Updated a few DSM Links.
All product links should now be internally linked to pages on my Server.  Previously many of them accessed the Amsoil Corporate Site, but to solve some confusion between their menus and mine, I made pages for each here.  It should keep things a little neater looking.
Added Steven Coulter, a new Dealer in Winter Park, Florida.

07/07/04

I've often been asked what the differences between the AMSOIL Two-Stage Air Filters and K&N Air Filters are.  I summarized what I have learned and found out in a page listed in the Comparisons Section.

07/05/04

Been doing a bunch of updates and some new pages with data since my last site update.
Added the new PowerCore filter information for the 6.0 Powerstroke and Hummer.
Added the Diesel Power sections.  This shows the various products available to users with diesel powered engines such as the Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax engines.
Added a Brochure page that is accessed through the Media link.  Here you will be able to download brochures for various applications in pdf format.  You'll need Adobe Acrobat to read them.  The link is also on this page.
Added another article from Auto Laundry News mentioning Amsoil being used in a Quick Lube business and it's popularity.
All pdf brochures should now be on the local server.  I've added my information to the back cover of each so when you print them, you know where you got them from.  All links on the site should also now be pointing to local brochures.
I've updated numerous pages throughout the site with the latest information from the latest brochures.  Not all of these new brochures are available in pdf format yet.  Areas that were updated include The Environmental Choice, Snowmobile Products, Four-Cycle Applications, the Amsoil Commitment to Excellence, Four-Wheel Drive Applications, Performance Choice, Synthetic Diesel Oils, Motor Oil Filtration Guide and What is Motor Oil?, Heavy Duty Diesel Fuel Additives, Motorcycle Products, Marine Products.

AOL USERS:

If you have an AOL address for you e-mail, I might not be able to help you.  Recently my server contacted me that I have been spamming.  Three messages were in question; two related to me keeping in contact with existing Amsoil contacts and accounts and one was a personal message to family members with AOL e-mail addresses.  Somehow these triggered AOL to think my mail was spam and reported me to my hosting company.  This could have been something automated within the AOL system, or perhaps a simple mistake on the receiver's part by marking it as spam accidentally.  Whatever the the case, my hosting company has threatened to shut down my e-mail should they get another complaint, business or personal.  While I admire the strictness of both companies on trying to stop annoying spam, I think AOL might be causing a larger problem for businesses and individuals.

My host's answer to prevent being shut down:  Do not e-mail anyone with an AOL address, or at least limit those mailings.  To me this sounds like a form of discrimination to AOL users, but in order to try and keep my e-mail working, for not only myself, but so that my customers and accounts can still keep in contact, I am being forced to consider this advise.  If you have a different e-mail address going somewhere other than AOL, please contact me through it instead.  If you have not received mail from me or other people at your AOL account, it is possible that they have been flagged incorrectly as spam.

If you DO NOT wish to be on any of my mailings, please let me know so that I can remove you!

Sorry, but it seems that the spammers now are not only annoying, but are hurting legitimate businesses and even personal mails.

Above information about AOL was added the other day.  I've had some problems with AOL users accidentally marking my mail as spam.  Rather than AOL noting the number of times that mail is spammed, it seems they immediately report the user.  I had a new customer mentioned this is easy to do, he had done it to a friend when he meant to delete the message.  I hope AOL corrects this soon.
Added many new pictures to the "Old Racing Pics" section as well as several in "Misc. Racing Pics."  Quickest way to get to these is to click on the "Media" link on top.
Added many new articles, most of these under the "Lubrication Articles."  These were written by Ed Newman and have appeared in National Oil & Lube News.  He continues to write for them.
I've extended the Special I started to run this past Spring.  It has been pretty successful, and because of my trip, I wasn't able to get to some before the deadline, so I extended it for them, and have decided to continue to run it for now.

06/02/04

Finally started work on the Racing Section of the site.  Right now it is mainly links to two of teams I have worked with, one being Ken Avis, another Dealer.  I also added a few picture sections showing some current Race Teams, and some pictures of Racers and Teams of the past using Amsoil.  Take a look at some of your favorite drivers, like Mark Martin, Bobby Unser, Dick Trickle, etc.  Note that there is a current picture of Bobby Unser wearing an Amsoil jacket.  He still uses Amsoil today and was at the Amsoil 30th Anniversary convention last summer.
Added a couple new videos, the Mike LaRocco commercial you saw when you first arrived on the site, along with a Racing Montage and Terry Rinker's little mishap during his race at Cypress Gardens in 2002.  You can read more about this at the Amsoil Corporate Site.  You can get there through my Links section.
I took the survey off of my intro page.  Since not making it the first page to come up anymore, few have been filling out the info.  I've changed some of my promoting over the past few months too, so it was also starting to get a little old.  Watch for a new ad in Florida Motorsports Magazine.
The scroll was updated again too, I'm no longer out of town so I removed the message.

Amsoil releases new 5W-40 European Oil designed to meet the specific specs and demands of European Auto Manufacturers.  I posted info in Amsoil News.
Changed the framing of the site.  For most this shouldn't effect them at all, but hopefully it will allow some of the pages to display better and let search engines see the site better, than the all frames page I was using before.  If you find something that doesn't appear to be working correctly, please let me know.
Updated the "Where I Will Be Page" to show the next several events planned.  Hope to see some of you there.

02/26/04

Updated the product lists and links.  Also changed the changing three pictures in the upper left to show a few of the new 2-Cycle Oil bottles, and removed the old bottle.  No real major changes, just some minor updates.
Had to remove the highspeed movie for RMI-25.  The free server space I was using is no longer free.  But I am currently setting up a new account with a different server where this entire site will be hosted.  When this changeover takes place, the highspeed versions of all the movies will be posted.  Hopefully during this change there won't be any periods where there will be no access to this site at all.  I'm hoping this will also fix the e-mail problems I've had in the past.

02/25/04

All links for the Amsoil Application Guide should now be pointing to the new system.  This new guide will list everything available for your vehicle.

Videos are now online.  I now have a video capture card and transferred some of the Amsoil videos I have.  Unfortunately the videos are not the best of quality and many of them are a few years old, but if you look past the old bottle colors and some of the older vehicles shown, most of the information is the same.  I understand Amsoil is working at releasing some new videos in the future.  Also, due to the limited space I have on my server, I only have the low resolution dial-up versions online.  I plan on adding the highspeed versions once I have more server space.  The highspeed version of RMI-25 is online.

Looks like my regular e-mail is working again, but I'm leaving the two e-mail links as they are.
I will be at a few upcoming Mustang shows.  I've posted the one coming up later this month.
Changed my links page to show more sites of interest.  I'll be adding more over time.  If someone has a link they think might be of interest, send it to me to be reviewed.

01/22/04

E-Mail links on this site have been adjusted to mail to two different addresses.  For some reason the alias I use for e-mail (mike@technilube.com) sometimes clashes with my actual mail address on my local cable provider.  For this reason, I'm finding some people have commented that they cannot reach me.  Sometimes the mail bounces back as an invalid address, other times it seems to go nowhere.  The new links send the message to the alias, and also directly to my cable e-mail account.  Hopefully this will fix any issues some of you might have had trying to reach me, at least until I figure out completely what is happening and on which end.  Thanks for your patience.
Added new Amsoil Contacts in the "Where Else Can I Buy Amsoil" Section under Ordering Information.

12/14/03

New comparison information:  Amsoil was tested against other petroleum and synthetic oils in various standard lubrication tests.  I've posted the results in the Comparison Section.
Added some new articles.  Look in "Articles Featuring Amsoil" and also the new "Lubrication Articles" section.
New Amsoil Contacts are now in the "Where Else Can I Buy Amsoil" Section under Ordering Information.

11/05/03

I discovered that my request for info pages might not have been working correctly and requests may not have been received.  If you requested any info through these pages and didn't hear back, please e-mail me directly so that I can get back to you ASAP.  I've now changed these pages and I should be receiving all requests directly so that I can respond back quicker
Now offering a Special.  Free shipping with any case of fluid or more ordered directly through me.

11/02/03

Found some issues with my Site Host.  Looks like when they migrated my site to a different server, somehow old material was posted again.  I was wondering why my space was almost gone.  I deleted the old, and re-posted the new, so this seems fixed.  I'm guessing they transferred the new stuff and thought maybe they lost info when comparing their backup with my new site and reposted the backup info.  If for some reason anyone notices pictures or links not working, please let me know.  I've noticed my Site Counter keeps resetting to zero every time I change or upload the page it's on.
Earlier last month I posted new news in the Amsoil News section, primarily the announcement of the new 2-Cycle Interceptor Oil and also the new Torque Drive Transmission Fluid.  I noticed I didn't mention it here, but the announcement is displayed on the scroll bar at the top of the Site.
Added videos explaining more about RMI-25.  There are two different ones, one for 56K connection, the second for Cable/DSL, etc.  These can be found on the RMI-25 product page.

10/14/03

Updates to the News Section.  Added info in the Amsoil News about their new "Flowzair" Air Filter, the new 2-Cycle Interceptor Oil

10/08/03

Been doing various tweaks since the last update.  A few updates in the Where to Buy sections, and I changed the intro survey to reflect some new advertising I'm doing.  Working on a nice Flash intro, but I'm not sure when I'll have this complete.
The improved Amsoil Air Filters, now called "Flowzair," are now available and with the new improvements finally come cone shapes!  The first out fits numerous Ford models.  I've added this and pictures of the filter as I replaced my K&N in my Mustang in the News Section under Amsoil News.

09/09/03

More updates.  Added a new Comparison as well as Magazine Articles.

09/04/03

Updated Dealers and Shops I work with that sell Amsoil.  I'm still getting the latest contact info on several accounts, and am processing a several more.   Updated Scroll info with new news headers.

09/03/03

Posted AMSOIL Limited Warranty information.  The Tests and Comparisons Menu is set up showing some of the tests that have been performed on AMSOIL and comparing it to the competition.  Started the AMSOIL news section under news.

Everything!  It's taken months of my spare time, but I finally revamped the entire site and have added a lot of new info.  Some changes are a complete new layout and look.  Anyone who has been here before see this immediately.  The categories have all been broken up differently to vehicle types or information on specific items.  Some of the areas I've made look similar to the Amsoil Corporate Site, just for ease of maneuvering around this site if you have been their's before.  Many of the links connect over there, such as ordering online, requesting info, etc.  Also you can now download nearly all of the information on the Technilube.com site in PDF format.  My intent is to make this site as informative and easy to use as I can.  More changes will continue to occur as I think of them or find reasons to upgrade the areas already done.  I'm still working on loading the comparison information, as well as the Racing info.  In the future I plan to have a media section with various pictures of vehicles or racers I've found in magazines, online, etc., mostly for entertainment purposes.  Also at one point I will be setting up my computer with the plans to copy some information videos over to a PC format media file that can be watched from here.  This project is still a ways down the road, but it's something I've been wanting to do for a while now.  Also I've set up a survey, you should have encountered when you first came to the site.  I've been advertising in various places, and am trying to get some feedback on what is working, and where some of you are coming from so that I can try and address the interests of my visitors more.  The Site isn't completed yet (are they ever?), but I'm a lot closer to having more of what I want for a Site and I hope you want...at least for now.

02/05/03

Has it been that long since I've done work to this site?  I know I did some updating off and on throughout the year.  Due to family health issues, I have not had much time to do many things here, or appear at shows for the past two years, but I have kept up with those who have called, e-mailed, or contacted me in some way.  I am now trying to get fully back into the swing of things with shows planned, and ads running.  Currently I have an ad in Vermont and New York in the Buyers Digest, where I have family.  Also planned are updates to this site.  I need to make it a bit more modern to keep up with the times.  Here I am an Engineer making all sorts of 3D models for flight simulators, but my Site is so basic.  Well, even though things might look "plain-jane" here for now, I hope it gives you the information you need.  If not, please e-mail me with your questions.
Added a Specials Page!  Yes, now I will be trying to offer specials.  These may include some deals on excess inventory I have, to FREE items, like I have listed this month.  Check it out!
Like I said, I have some shows scheduled, so this is the latest listing on the "Where I Will Be" Page.  I am looking at doing more, and as soon as they are decided on, I'll post them.

02/27/02
Haven't worked much on this site in a while, but yes, I am still around and in business. I updated some of the upcoming show info, and you probably noticed the new background color in the menu. I'd like to slowly change the looks of this site and make it a little more attractive. Not being an expert HTML writer and learning as I go, this may take time. As always, if you have a question or suggestion, please e-mail me. I'm more prompt at answering e-mail than updating my site. Thanks.

07/23/01
Added new products data for X-Treme Synthetic Food Grade Grease, XL-7500 5W-20 (now being recommended by Ford and Honda), and SAE 0W-40 Formula 4-Stroke Synthetic Motor Oil. Prices for the XL-7500 5W-20 are the same as the other XL Series oils. I don't have prices for the Grease or 4-Stroke Oil yet. I will be updating the price list soon.

04/19/01
Somehow all the price updates I entered a few months ago showing the new 2001 prices got lost. They are all updated now, but I also added the Preferred Customer Prices to show the savings.
Updated the "Where I Will Be" Page. Coming soon there will be the listing for the Air Races in Homestead I intend to be working a booth at in November.
All the tech sheets have been updated, including the new listings for the new Supershift Racing Transmission Fluid and the Suspension Fluids.
A few other minor things, a new "Team Amsoil Racing" graphic on the main menu that takes you to the Racing Section; a link to Amsoil's Industrial products on their Web Site; a graphic in the Racing Section on the Main Page; a few new testimonials under the racing motorcycles and auto/trucks; fixed a few links in the Racing Section; etc.

03/17/01
Added the AMSOIL/Dahl Fuel Filter Information. Also added to the product page the new AMSOIL Powershift Fluid for Automatic Transmission Racing Applications, and a link, that isn't working yet, to the new Shock Therapy Suspension Fluid for Motorcycles, Snow Mobiles, etc.
While the PayPal logo has been on the page for a while now, I was mostly using it for small personal business. But now the account is set up that I can take payments via PayPal. If you are not familiar with PayPal, this allows you to send credit card payments, or bank payments to any e-mail address. You even get $5 from them for setting up an account and using it for the first time.
Updated the Main Menu a bit to show a few of the new links and changes.

01/09/01
Updated the Price List with the new prices which took effect January 1, 2001.

01/04/01
Changed the opening screen under Testimonials, and added a few new ones under the Auto & Truck Racing under the Racing link, as well as a few under the Truck, Marine, and Misc. areas.

01/03/01
Added some Adobe Acrobat files to the site. A lot of the information on this site has been taken from various literature. Now you can download that and view it in Adobe Acrobat, or let it load on your screen if you have it plugged into your browser. Throughout the site you'll find links to Adobe if you do not have it installed yet, including on the Main Menu. This is needed to view the Products Change Interval Guide just added to the Main Menu.

12/07/00
Updated the "Where I'll Be" page again after the last few shows.  Hot Import Nights turned out to be a good show and talked to several other people who are using Amsoil, such as Wrightouch Racing.  Myself and Dave, who worked the show with me, already have plans for next year's show.
Added Dealer David Popowitch to "Where Else Can I Buy?" Page.
Added information on the cars Wrightouch is racing in the Import Racing Section.

10/01/00
I'm getting back into some shows now that the summer heat is over, and updated the "Where I'll Be" page.

07/19/00
Updated the Motorcycle section and testimonials to reflect the latest information.

07/18/00
Changed all the e-mail addresses to ones that match the domain name now. I'm still adjusting things, but they should all be working correctly and forwarding everything to my main address. Should you try and contact me and I don't reply, you can still use amsoilrs@cul.net.
New here is e-mail! You can now set up your own free e-mail account that will end with technilube .com. This should be handy for those dealers needing an e-mail address, but don't have a web site to work with. Now you can look associated directly to here. This service is also what is allowing me the various new addresses on the site. This service isn't just reserved for other dealers, but anyone needing an e-mail address. Just click on the "Check Your E-mail" banner with the envelope in the main menu.

07/17/00
Found another article that was in the Orlando Sentinel this past Spring and posted it.
Started to do work on the Motorcycle section to update it with the new AMSOIL Motorcycle oil info.

06/28/00
I changed a few pictures on the Site. Nothing drastic, just posting the new logo where the old ones were.
Added under magazines the article I wrote for First Coast AMC News.
Updated the Racing Links with the Amsoil Corporate ones. They keep moving them on me. Also added Late Model Racing.
Added the Sakura article to the Import Racing Section, as well as linked the Amsoil/Akai RX7 there as well.

06/27/00
Added the information on the new AMSOIL Fund Raising Program!
Added the pictures to the "My History With Amsoil" section.

06/27/00
Got around to scanning the pictures in from the magazine articles I posted earlier. Take a look at Corvette Fever, Dune Buggies & Hot VWs, and Car & Driver.
Also scanned in a few pics for under the "Amsoil Racing" header. One is the other picture of the Thunder Mustang that originally caught my eye with the Amsoil logo, the other it an Al Unser Jr. picture I recently received. I'm still looking for another picture file I had showing him standing next to this car.
Changed the Main Menu around to make a separate menu for the Altrum Division when I get to it. It was starting to look too cluttered.

06/22/00
Life has kept me busy and I have been doing a lot of internet correspondence as of late, so I haven't had a chance to finish the updates from earlier this month.
Added a car show I will be attending on July 1.

06/01/00
Actually I've spent the last few days playing here and tweaking. You should notice all the pictures now having a description before and after they load when you hold your mouse over them.
Stumbled over a picture of a P-51 replica race plane in a catalog at home and noticed the Amsoil logo near the front. After a quick Web Search I discovered the plane is a kit called "Thunder Mustang" and found a few more pictures of it out on the Web and of another Thunder Mustang at their Home Page. I added an aircraft section to the Racing Page, since I am now finding out there are many aircraft out there that don't require an FAA approved oil using Amsoil. While doing the Fun & Sun airshow in Lakeland recently, I found a good amount of Ultralights use Amsoil and one engine manufacturer is currently testing our 2-Cycle Oils and will most likely be adding it to their list of recommended oils.
Finally added my "Truth About Oil Additives" Page. Still need to scan and enter some information, but there are links listed to various FTC sites and articles on additives, showing the false claims many of them promote.

05/26/00
Hastings is here! As of this month, Amsoil dealers are now able to sell the entire Hastings line in addition to the Amsoil line. This is primarily to fill in the gaps on those items Amsoil doesn't currently have. I will ad more info as I get it, but for now I have a page briefly mentioning the availability of their products here.

05/25/00
Added more articles in the "Magazine Articles" section. Pictures still need to be scanned in. I'm also planning on making a Gallery section with pictures of Amsoil advertisements (prompted by the number of Mike LaRocco clips I've gotten) that were both paid by Amsoil, or other companies showing pictures showing us, but advertising their products. Also in this section will be pictures of vehicles I have collected from magazines or taken myself at car shows showing the Amsoil colors or products. Also thinking of taking a camera to more shows and making a gallery of some of the classic cars and race cars at the shows I set up at. If you think this is a good idea, let me know.

05/10/00
Added information on the Independent Amsoil Dealer, Commercial Account and Retail Accounts.
Updated the "Where I'll Be" page. Currently nothing is scheduled.
Added two new article from Camper Ways and The Orlando Sentinel.

04/13/00
Added Amsoil's new Preferred Buyer information. Now you can order direct at wholesale prices without having to be a dealer. Take a look and then save money!

04/06/00
All the technical data should be listed now as well as links to all the available products, with the exception of some links under "Truck & Fleet." Also made a new catagory in the main menu to list all the products at once. Many of these pages are actually from the Amsoil Site and I changed them a bit to work better here than a confusing link to there.

04/05/00
Added the full technical data on many of the products throughout the Site. More to come.

04/04/00
Updated a filter price change and added to the Menu the link to the Oil and Air Filter Search Page on the Amsoil Corporate site. Now you no longer need to call or e-mail for your correct application.
Did a few link changes in the Amsoil Racing section back to the Amsoil Corporate site for the latest Snocross and Motocross standings. Also has the racing schedule listed here.

04/03/00
Still been pretty busy with work and dealing with a computer crash at home. Some new plans for the site will be a comparison of other brand tech sheets to the Amsoil ones. This should be very enlightening to see who has the better spec number. I am presently collecting this data from various web site that do offer them for viewing. I intend to add the link to the info here so anyone can click to the other sites and see that these numbers are as the other brand states, and nothing that I or Amsoil have doctored.
My "Where I'll Be" page was now outdated and I added the new planned dates through May.

01/31/00
Sorry, I still haven't had a chance to sit down and do the major changes I've wanted to here. Also available now from Amsoil is Automatic Transmission Fluid designed specifically for Chrysler ATF+, +2, +3, and +4 applications. I hope to have that up soon, but until then, e-mail me for more information.
Added another show date I will have a booth at under "Where I'll Be."

01/19/00
Added Albert Lee, in Santa Monica, California, to the "Where Else Can I Buy" section.

01/12/00
Happy New Year everyone!
The holidays seemed even busier on my vacation than my normal work weeks, both personally and with Amsoil. Today I quickly decided to do some simple updates. Still hope to have time in the near future to do all I planned over the holidays here.
Updated the "Where I'll Be" Page. More shows being planned, but I only have listed the ones I know I will be at right now.
Added new dealers you can contact for information and products in the Dealer section. These would be June Han (TCCA President in Ohio), Brian Scouby (Illinois), and John Buzinec in Belleview, Florida. I may have some further towards South Florida for those of you who have been asking who to contact.
And lastly changed, was the intro page, by adding a picture from the booth I had last summer at the car show at Hooters.

11/29/99
Did you see the award on the menu? Yep, I was given an award for "your combination of high quality, ease of use, media and overall content on your site which we feel provides a genuinely interesting website to other people...." So if you like what you find on this Site, please click on the award symbol, and maybe I can get their Gold Award and will be listed in their top 50 links as well. Thanks, everyone!
Added one more show under "Where I'll Be" for December.

11/14/99
My "day job" has still kept me busy with overtime ours, but I have scheduled more upcoming shows, and have a few more in the works. Also if you haven't heard about Castrol Syntec being exposed by Mobil as no longer being a PAO synthetic, but a hydrocracked petroleum oil, the article from Hart's Lubricant World will be listed here soon. If you wish to have a copy of this article, e-mail me, and I will snail mail one out.
New shows listed on the "Where I'll be Page."
Added a link to the Taurus Car Club of America.

10/05/99
Been working a lot at my "day job," so haven't been too up to date on the Site, but I'm getting back into the swing of things:
Added a link on the bottom of the Main Menu finally giving info on the Amsoil Opportunity. This links up to the Amsoil Web Site which is going through complete revamp and expect more links to it in the future.
